According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), 6th ICPESS communicates adopted policy to treat personal data.

6th ICPESS informs you that is using data from interested people and participants just in order to provide a service of information about the International Conference.

● How long are we going to store your data?

As long as the current website is working, since its open of the site with a maxim of 3 to 6 months after the celebration of the Congress.

● What is the legitimacy for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent obtained from the visitor or participant while agreeing in our initial check box and while consenting the use of personal data and intellectual property.
If you do not provide the requested data, your request may not be manageable.
The legitimate interests of the University in relation to the purposes reported are specific in offering the products and services that best meet your needs, in any case respecting the interests, rights and fundamental freedoms that assist them.

● Who are the final recipients of your data?

The management of your data and form does not imply transfer of data to third-parties unless it is legally established, being the final recipient of the data the consolidated Research Group (SGR 1314) of Hospital Pedagogy in Neonatology and Paediatrics of the University of Barcelona, as the principal organiser of the Congress.

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether the consolidated Research Group (SGR 1314) of Hospital Pedagogy in Neonatology and Paediatrics of the University of Barcelona is processing personal data that concerns them or not.
